Is Mrs. Clinton entitled to expect a presidential pardon for her mishandling/labeling of classified?

It seems clear now that Mrs. Clinton didn't take seriously the briefing she was given prior to serving as our Secretary of State on the proper handling of sensitive information affecting the security of the United States of America. The penalties for failing to do so are set in law. If convicted, is she entitled to a presidential pardon from outgoing President Obama? If she is, what about pardons for others convicted of that crime, and would that somehow diminish the seriousness of such crimes?

If I remember correctly, there was some sort of time frame VP Biden was to have met in order to run. Am I mistaken? Didn't that timeline already pass?
