Exactly! My preparations came following the tornado that struck Joplin only a few miles away. It was a challenge to go days without electricity. Preparing for an unlikely event helps everyone. Politically, I don't think anyone believes news anymore.

I am living in Chaos here that has existed since the 70s, but not the apocalypse found in the 3rd world countries. If you don't see the difference, then that is a problem.
Well, while I don't feel our world today is great by any measure, it is not yet apocalyptic. Thanks for answering!
