Low premiums with very high catastrophic deductibles is not an improvement to healthcare, Neither is adding tens of millions of new patients to an already overloaded healthcare system. You have to take the entire system and not just excerpts
The number I provided is not an excerpt. It's the average for all plans.
Low premiums with very high catastrophic deductibles is only one option among the plans. I happened to choose it for my own plan and have saved a great deal of money.
