   Reasonable Expectation of Privacy. A recent horrible invasion of privacy at LA Fitness
   
   An L.A. Fitness customer took a nude photo of another woman in a locker room and posted it on Snapchat with the caption, "If I can't unsee this then you can't either." She was called out by many online, and the police are looking into this criminally) In this day and age of paparazzi and people on the street taking pics of everything, where should we draw the line on people taking pics of us.  Should we be safe on our property, whether clothed or not; should celebrities expect less privacy? What about people taking pics when you are just working out at the gym (not in locker room)

   Yes this is a violation of privacy, and the woman should be punished as if it were a man voyeur.
   But the protections are eroding because political correctness says the feelings of the aggrieved party trump the person whose privacy was invaded.
   Given that gyms are letting mentally ill biologically intact men into women's spaces (80% of trans are men, 75% of men/ transgenders retain the male organs), who often have retained normal heterosexual attractions to women in place, a woman taking and sharing a picture of another rivals the privacy violations happening regularly.
   
   TLDR: taking nude picture bad, mentally ill men sexually harassing women in gym changing rooms and other women's spaces is worse

   I don't look at Snapchat so I don't know. But if the person couldn't be identified because of blurring or something is that an invasion of privacy. Privacy still exists if you can't identify the person.
   
   People walk around naked at these places, does it matter that they are the same gender. The public is the public whether it consists of all one gender or not.
   
   It seems like LA Fitness didn't provide the necessary privacy for their customers.
