Short answer - no.
Democrats mandate identity politics, that all real women, blacks, Hispanics vote Democrat. Conservative blacks, women,Hispanics - they don't really count as X demographic group, which is how Clinton can say women need to stick together, and then Phyllis Schafly and other conservative women are attacked more savagely than conservative men - they are seen as apostates. Ditto black Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas called a traitor to the race for being conservative instead of being hailed as a role model.
Trump's broad appeal to the neglected working class crosses class lines. Many Hispanic Americans see illegal immigrants competing with them for jobs and welfare, and if they oppose it, they are called racist. Many working and middle class people see the vets dying for lack of care at the VA, long waits for Medicaid, and say we shouldn't bring in refugees with exotic diseases when we can't take care of our own - and get called racist.
The working class has the highest unemployment rate due to direct competition with illegal and legal immigrants, they've seen the greatest wage drop due to competition, and they are demonized for complaining about it. Trump showed up at the Carrier factory after they said we're moving to Mexico and similar sites, Trump is talking to them, black, white, Hispanic, the people for whom the lack of jobs and declining wages are the most important thing.
Trump is also talking directly to many in the middle class who are conservative, vilified and mocked by Democrats, promised action by Republicans who win their votes before turning around and being Democrat lite. When someone complains about Disney and California Edison replacing workers with HB-1 visa holders, they are called racist.
Then you have the large silent majority tired of being demonized, called racist for saying we shouldn't bring in Muslim immigrants when we couldn't vet (San Bernadino shooters, 2016 NJ bomber), sexist for saying Title 9 is unfair rape tribunals without due process, phobic for saying we shouldn't let mentally ill biologically intact men into girls' changing rooms and hotel rooms on school trips. Black pro-lifers, feminists who try to stand up for women's rights from FGM and against veiling called racist.
They try to state their concerns and are hate mobbed and increasingly physically attacked for their concerns. So they are silent.
Trump speaks what they are truly afraid to say, but these people will vote for him.
