2010 -- Would you say "two-thousand ten" or "twenty-ten"?

    2010 -- Would you say "two-thousand ten" or "twenty-ten"?

    I vote for "twenty-ten".

    When 2001 rolled around I wasn't comfortable with "Twenty O One" or "Twenty One", so I started saying, "Two thousand one".  I got in the habit of that, so now I'll be saying, "Two thousand ten".  Maybe as the years get to have more complicated numbers I'll switch to "Twenty Twenty" (and that type of thing), but for this year (at least for me) it's going to be, "Two thousand Ten".

    In 1910, it was nineteen ten, and not, one thousand nine hundred and ten. Since we are still the same humans beings, 2010 will be, twenty ten, and not, two thousand ten.
