This is a very specific question as it relates to Papua, New Guinea, and not many people here are familiar with politics there. And political party majority seems to change frequently in Papua.
I don't think it will be the PNG as they have a poor record in the area of corruption.
It won't be the United Resources Party as they won only 5 out of 109 seats in 1007, and still have a very weak agenda.
I think it will be the National Alliance Party and Michael Somare. Although he has been having a difficult time of it with various scandals, the NAP still has enough clout.
