   I used to think it was the party. Woops. Now, I know to vote against the incumbent and for their case-by-case stance.

   Candidate. The two major parties in the United States tend to govern the same way. They spend like drunken sailors but campaign on fiscal responsibility and self-reliance. Clinton ran as a centrist, Bush ran as a centrist, Obama ran as a liberal and is making good on those promises, for the most part. Gitnmo's still not closed, despite an executive order signed over a year ago, but healthcare was pushed through and spending continues to skyrocket. Bush expanded entitlements while calling himself a Republican. They're all cut from the same cloth.

   Always the candidate. I have always maintained I do not care what party they are from , I just want a good hearted and ethical person in there. The problem is that is a scarce commodity

   if you are a person who votes for the same party no matter who leads it your hurting your country and fooling yourself. here in canada it has cause many ridiculous arguements because come voting time, too many people just vote the same each year without any knowledge of what the party is offering. these same people will later try to argue that the party they voted for didn't promise this or that , though they have no idea if they are right.
