all the twisting and wrangling and lieing and covert actions to get this thing passed...and it ends up to be unlawfully passed...would be great to have a change to get things done better

If one simply reads the proposal to the Supreme court one can see there are two possible validations for the law under he constitution, one is the commerce clause that was ruled incorrect and the other is the right to impose taxes the justices selected the second reason as constitutional, end of discussion.
