No, Niall Ferguson is sort of endorsing Romney according to his column from 2011...
Have you read the article from Newsweek? What does it say?
Niall Ferguson is a libertarian axxhole.
Magazine covers and headlines are designed to make sales.
It's to sale more magazines. Newsweek is notoriously liberal.
I, personally, would have gone with, "Go to hell, Barack," instead.
Fergusun (and Newsweek) have taken a lot of heat for the less than factual cover story, which wasn't fact checked by Newsweek, because they presume their writers are writing factually accurate material. The article misinforms the public by giving false information. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/08/2 … d=webmail6
Newsweek did not fact-check Ferguson's cover story, according to Dylan Byers, a media reporter at Politico. Byers wrote on Twitter that a Newsweek spokesman said the magazine does not have a fact-checking department, and that "we, like other news organisations today, rely on our writers to submit factually accurate material."
How hard is it to get basic facts straight?
Last issue the called Romney a wimp. They attack both sides to get readers.

The POTUS is depicted on the cover of Newsweek with a rainbow halo over his head, and the caption reads, "The First Gay President." I don't think this is fair. Obama isn't gay, so it's misleading, at best.

I agree with President Obama. When it comes to politicizing random violence, he and his supporters have been far too eager to lay the blame for all that ails the world at the feet of those who think differently than...
