CNBC is calling this a 'mass shooting', even though the criminal only shot one targeted person. Probably his boss, he was a disgruntled, recently-fired person.
Apparenlty the responding police are responsible for the 8 wounded bystanders. I read elsewhere that the police shot 17 total shots, and only hit the perp with 3.
Qualification is important.
