I have been hearing a lot about Colorado and their up coming vote to legalize the sale of marijuana. From my understanding it will be for prescription pain relief purposes. Even if it does pass it will need to go to the federal level in order for it to be truly legal. California has already passed a similar law but people still can get arrested by the federal government. Not a big fan of drugs myself but it seems to be raising a lot of eyebrows.
Ya technically on the federal level it will be still illegal, but if you have been to Colorado recently you'd know that it is already pretty legal. I went skiing in Breckenridge, CO the past couple of years with buddies and people everywhere smoked it out in the open, passing it among friends, enjoying the winter air.
