Is this more vacuous right-wing rhetoric, or was he serious about cutting FEMA? He can't win either way.
If he admits to wanting to do this, he will look like a fool in the face of a national disaster. If he doesn't admit to wanting to cut FEMA, the Republican base will scold him for not being serious about cutting spending. So Romney's only options are looking foolish, or risk losing support from his most ardent GOP supporters. Either option does him no good.

I'd have to say Newt.Next would be a tie between Mitt and Huntsman.Ron Paul and Cain next.Down at the bottom would be Bachmann and Perry.I haven't decided about Santorum.
