I live in the middle of Redneck USA. I have to drive someone to vote Tues. evening (a 40-mile round trip). After that, I think I'll hunker down with my guard dogs and guns and munch on some popcorn while I watch the election.
Divisiveness is never a good way to bring folks together. On the other hand, it is affective, at creating emotional triggers folks will certainly respond too. Where the apathetic folks among us simply stick the heads in the sand, the frustrated take action types. Respond in kind, establishing their own emotional triggers in those they differ.
