Bradley Manning has been kept in the most inhumane conditions since Vietnam. He has also been kept quiet for three years. Did he have an ethical right to leak secrets to Wikileaks?
The article mentions some very interesting points, and, really, in order to have an educated and relevant opinion to this question, you do need to read this article.
This was a well written article and one cannot help but ponder the implications made by the writer as to the treatment of those who rock the boat.
Sadly for me we the people in America cannot seem to come together on almost anything and as long as we are not firm in what we expect from our legal systems and from our country's representatives then we will always leave room for injustices.
