Listen to the end of this video very carefully.
This is the ideology that we have allowed to be in power.

Yeah, I saw this one earlier. These are the same people who would screaming if a Republican or Conservative said such a thing about them.

Mark Twain once said: "I've never wished a man dead, but I have read some obituaries with great pleasure."

I guess some we'll have to wait a while longer to enjoy.

I wonder how ole Harry's prostate cancer is doing.

I am sort of waiting for the onslaught of voices to tell me he's just one old guy or some such thing.
This stuff crops up almost daily but you are not supposed to notice that they say these things or pay any attention.

He is just one old guy. Unfortunately, we have far too many in this country who's minds can easily be bent and twisted with opinions like his simply because he's famous. A has-been but famous.

See they use celebrities particularly on the young.
I mean, you want to be like them don't you?

BFF, I am frequently amazed at how some think our young people should not be exposed to different points of view lest they blindly adopt them regardless of prior knowledge, history, or family upbringing.

The best we can do is teach our kids the values we believe are best for them, but also to think for themselves and recognize that an actor talking about politics may or may not have a valid point of view.

If you think that celebrities have that much influence over your kids then maybe you didn't do a great job of teaching your kids independent thinking skills.

For God's sake...he was joking!  It seems that some people have become way too sensitive, that they go seeking to find negativism in anything they can.  It was a JOKE, and anyone else can see that your claims are completely pathetic...just as pathetic as Nicki Minaj calling Steven Tyler a racist. -Victim Mentality-

A bit????  To me that is pure conjecture.  Nothing more.  There is nothing to debate here...unless you want to debate how insane the premise of this thread is.

Why don't you debate the fact that Rush Limbaugh called Sandra Fluke a slut...and referred to the American public as pimps?  Oh, I forgot, Rush was just  "joking"

                  Never mind.

I think it is more than a joke since he is active in politics and has a record of saying things like during his meeting with Chávez, "No matter what the greatest tyrant in the world, the greatest terrorist in the world, George W. Bush says, we're here to tell you: Not hundreds, not thousands, but millions of the American people support your revolution."  That it is true there are millions that support communism is true, and from that point of reference if one peels the layers of the onion away we're left with real concerns.

"Lol".  I didn't watch the video, but did you seriously just wish death on someone because they have a different opinion than you?  Or do you hate the music?

I loved that ending of Beetlejuice.

“If this were a dictatorship it would be a heck of a lot easier... as long as I'm the dictator. Hehehe.”

    ― George W. Bush

When George W. Bush said this, he was POTUS.  Do I think his statement represents the Republican or conservative ideology?  No, it was just Dubya being Dubya.

Yes, it was a joke from GWB. But, when you have a person like Barack Obama in the White House, it's no joke. Not when the man already acts like a king, demanding this and demanding that.

Last I checked, we have a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, meaning Barack Hussein Obama is our EMPLOYEE. As are all the members of Congress. They all work for us, not the other way around, and it's high time these "people" (I'm being nice) remember that, lest they be fired and sent home or impeached and sent to jail. The second is looking better and better all the time.

Jonesy, I agree with you that President Obama is our employee.  Apparently, the majority of voters want him to continue in his job, since he was just elected to serve another term.  While I can empathize with your obvious distaste for President Obama since I felt similar disdain for Dubya, I hardly think you will get your wish that he will be impeached and sent to jail.  He would have to commit an impeachable crime first, wouldn't he?

While I spent eight years appalled by the walking and talking (barely) disaster that was President Bush, I faced the reality that he was our President and was not going away until his term was over.  I survived; you will, too.

I know I'll survive, PrettyPanther. The question is will the United States of America? IMHO, it's not looking good. When Barack Hussein Obama and his party is done, we'll simply be known as the United Socialist States of Amerika.

As for impeachable crime(s), we shall see, PrettyPanther. We shall see.

The only truly impeachable crime is making Congress mad enough to impeach you.  Richard Nixon's crime? Lying to the American people.  Clinton's crime? Subborning perjury and committing perjury(both real world crimes)  Barrack Obama's real crime - refusing to enforce Federal Law. - is unlikely to get him impeached.

We have moved from the rule by law to the rule by men.  It is a new Dark Ages, a feudal era and we are finished as a free people.  Serfs paid a lower tax rate than we do now and were freer than we are to abandon identity and move to a new play.  We are identified, taxed, dictated to by the state.  Law does not contain the state - Fast and Furious is just one example.

I don't disagree with, Retief. I agree with what you said above. I just think it's just a matter of time before Barack Obama slips up to the point he can't get out of it. No one lives this charmed a life without sooner or later screwing up.
