President Carter, General Powell Plead For Russian Aid To Overthrow Obama
Posted by EU Times
A stunning Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that two of the United States highest ranking military generals delivered a “personal plea” to President Putin from retired four-star general and former Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the 65th United States Secretary of State, General Colin Powell, and former President Jimmy Carter for “specific military telecommunications assistance” intended to aid them in overthrowing the Obama regime that these Americans claim is “run by blackmail” and is destroying their nation.
According to this report, yesterday morning, 5 August, General Vincent K. Brooks, the US Army Pacific’s commanding general, and Major General Michael H. Shields, US Army Alaska’s commanding general, departed from their tour of their Alaskan military bases and requested immediate permission to enter Russian airspace and land their C-130 aircraft Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky Airport located in Kamchatka Krai.

Wow.
Who knows?!
That's the problem these days---------how do we know what's truth and what's propaganda?
And I was thinking at first that this couldn't be anywhere close to being true...........for instance, Colin Powell was so gung-ho about the great Obama as he publicly advocated for his election and claimed it wasn't a race issue with him............and I've always had respect for Powell until then.......but since he was so open and etc., I would think that he'd have the guts to PUBLICLY admit he was wrong waaay before now instead of going to RUSSIA of all places! to ask for political help!........but then, considering his apparent gutlessness during the last 4 years or so......then maybe he would do things on the sly, probably FOR his own political gain.
This is truly hilarious and unreal. Really, no such thing, isn't happening. President Obama is going to be in office until 2016!
Ya know, it does sound unbelievable. And maybe it's just a hoax; maybe there's oodles of people laughing about this; maybe the "European Union" site is a fake, like the Onion kinda.
But there is one thing that I've learned during the last few Obama years--------there are things going on behind the scenes in our Government and our military and even within the daily lives of average citizens that aren't being totally shown to the public. I've learned that many people are afraid as heck to voice their opinions because they know they're gonna get mocked and/or attacked by the Left and by others who are still enamored of the color of O's skin on a President no matter if he is part Caucasian. So enamored that they don't give a whit what he says and does as long as he can (falsely!) claim to be the champion of true civil rights.
So even though this may be laughable, I wouldn't laugh too hard. It's not impossible. Ignorant and misguided and stupid and cowardly (since anyone with the power to do so should publicly denounce Obama instead of handling it like that).......... but not impossible.
And that's why, even if this is true, I wouldn't look to Carter or Powell (or especially either CLINTON!), nor even to Joe Biden if he were to join the activity, to "save" us from the Obama machine, because they're probably doing this for their own political purposes, not for the good of the American people. If any one of them would actually have the guts to stand up in public and denounce Obama, I might believe that they're trying to do the right thing in the right way. Yes, even at the risk of their political lives and maybe actual lives, if they would be transparent for once and tell Americans what's really going on instead of keeping their fame and power for their own use; if they'd actually band together and actually verbally expose once and for all Obama and his cronies for the wolves they are, and give the power back to the People to oust them, that would be true heroism.
(sigh) when I said "the People" I meant patriotic Americans, not the Left who don't give a whit if they're under tyranny or not.
I think that's the main problem these days-------no one knows who they can trust even in the general public..............there are people goin' around and spouting such carp as sympathy for terrorists and such nonsense that it ain't even funny..........
Obama is leveling our economy. The Russians love him! He's driving Putin's main competitor into the ground. No way in HELL they would have gone to RUSSIA for aide. This is definitely a hoax.
I agree that it would be foolish and cowardly. After all, the Devil can't cast out the Devil.
But what would people in power do if they couldn't trust the majority of the American people to back them? Maybe they'd feel like they had to go to the "enemy" to get the job done politically.
Look at Egypt. Those people, through the military, tried to correct the wrongs they did by putting Morsi in power; so they did a "coup" and ousted him. And now what do they have to contend with?--------radical citizens who want the tyrant back. It's a sad state of affairs when America has come to this, to being so inundated with propaganda and influence from the ways of foreign Nations that we don't know where to turn for true leadership. Nor for patriotic companionship among citizens.
At any rate, the tyrants do need to be ousted. By impeachment or other legitimate political means. Egypt is to be admired for the fact that they are trying to take care of things in their own Country instead of asking someone else to do things for them, and they've shown that they have the guts to do so.
All Egypt has shown is that they they don't have much experience or patience for building a proper democracy.
When the US is becoming a dictatorship presided by the oligarchic lobbies, the puppet that governs us will be targeted. What I don't understand is why Bush didn't suffer from the same acrimony? It is interesting to underline the fact that now we will see more defection from the US given that freedom of speech is sentenced.
Who knows.... All I know is that the "OMG BIrd" GIF above made my day. That's the best thing I've seen on the Internet in.... maybe, "ever".
Sgt. Gary Stein might be saying things about President Obama that a lot of Marines think, but some are saying he took it too far.
Stein has come under fire for stating on Facebook that he wouldn’t follow certain orders given by his commander in chief. And Marines say Stein’s not alone in his disapproval. More anti-Obama talk is being heard in the workplace and new Military Times poll data shows declining approval among military service members for the president’s job as commander in chief.
The Marine Corps depends its chain of command structure, especially in a time of war. Some Marines say Stein and other vocal Marines like him are undermining that system.
“[...] Stein is not alone in his disdain for the president. Published in early March, the most recent Military Times survey of active-duty service members shows the lowest approval ratings for Obama’s job as commander in chief since he took office in 2009: 25 percent, down from 35 after Obama’s first year on the job. And rank-and-file Marines are hearing considerably more anti-Obama talk on the job than they noticed in the past.

Troops 'targeted by NSA for anti-Obama views'
The NSA is systematically monitoring the Internet posts and telephone conversations of U.S. military returning from Afghanistan, according to a civil-liberties attorney.
“The FBI and the Secret Service are showing up to request an interview to question specific Internet posts the veteran has placed on websites such as Facebook,” explained attorney John Whitehead, founder of the Rutherford Institute.
Whitehead said the agencies are looking for “anti-Obama views that can be interpreted to reflect psychological problems of sufficient seriousness to disqualify the veteran from ever owning a firearm.”
“We are advising veterans being visited by the FBI or the Secret Service to take the Fifth Amendment rather than answer questions that might end up with a diagnosis of PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorder, which goes into the veteran’s file and can be used in the future to prevent the veteran from purchasing a firearm,” he said.
Whitehead said that in most of the cases, there isn’t enough information to obtain a search warrant from a judge.
But if the veteran answers questions, he said, the Secret Service or the FBI might get a psychiatrist to visit with the vet for 10 or 15 minutes in the jail cell to acquire enough information to certify in front of a judge that the person should be placed in a civil commitment because of a psychological problem.

BUT, muh-muh national security!
Who cares what sacrifice is made for your nation! How dare you openly criticize the president, you must be crazy!

How did President Obama get the scar on his skull?A few times over the last months when the President is on television I've noticed a scar on his skull. A friend suggested he may have had an accident in his youth but I haven't heard about any accident he experienced so am still curious. Does anyone...

If President Obama feels the duty to publicly criticize Donald Sterling's racial slurs...aimed at black people, why doesn't he voice criticism for racial slurs directed at non-blacks? While I found Sterling's comments ugly, ugly, ugly, at the very least he thought he made them in a purely private...
