If you've never heard of Raef Badawi (or Raif) - he's convicted in Saudi Arabia for insulting the Islam by blogging. But what he did was mainly asking critical questions. His punishment is 10 years in jail and 1000 lashes. These 1000 lashes are spread over twenty weeks to make sure he will suffer enough.
