What are you digesting as part of your television diet?

    Television.  Television can be a great influence to all who watch. For those of you who watch television, do you make an effort to protect your intelligence and guard what is fed into your spirit? 

    The 1995 to 1997 AAP National Television Study showed that 61 percent of programming “portrayed interpersonal violence, much of it in an entertaining or glamorized manner.”

    In 2015 much has changed.  Without monitoring what you “digest” intelligence levels can drop, addiction to insignificant characters as if they are your relatives is common, and watching too much news/political shows will result in insomnia and nightmares.

    What shows do you enjoy that add to your well-being and intelligence?

    What shows do you watch that allow negative or drama images into your life?

      The top ten ways to die in the world is lack of real food and exercise related.

      When adverage per person watches 30 hours of TV and dose not think of what they are eating. They are more likely to turn into a vombie or
      robot over time.
