Television. Television can be a great influence to all who watch. For those of you who watch television, do you make an effort to protect your intelligence and guard what is fed into your spirit?
The 1995 to 1997 AAP National Television Study showed that 61 percent of programming “portrayed interpersonal violence, much of it in an entertaining or glamorized manner.”
In 2015 much has changed. Without monitoring what you “digest” intelligence levels can drop, addiction to insignificant characters as if they are your relatives is common, and watching too much news/political shows will result in insomnia and nightmares.
