The average politician ISN'T in political office to help & improve the quality of life for their constituents. Oh no, politicians are there to advance themselves career-wise & socioeconomically. Both Demopublicans & Republicrats see politics as THEIR playing field to do w/the constituents as they see fit. They will use psychological sways to get the people to vote for them & say what is EXPEDIENT to get them into office. Well, Bernie Sanders tried to be the go to politician who imbued grassroots values. However, Bernie Sanders is too far to the left for many Americans. What Americans need are educated, intelligent politicians w/ integrity who will WORK for the American people. Perhaps, we need an intelligent grassroots party. What do YOU think?
Bernie is the quintessential political nobody , In Vermont he has stood motionless for years in office , accomplishing little legislative act with his name on it ! How has he survived all these years if he didn't do anything you ask ? Because his lines of socialist-ly popular Bull feed well in a state populated by old hippy's. Period!
One has to do nothing in office but vote the popular line of majority voted and popular issues ! AND He has perfected that over a forty year period . That is what I mean about the quintessential political nobody doing nothing ! Except to draw that pay and talk all sides of the issues, Much like the Clintons . Hillary also is an expert at that . Any eight year old should know that .
This very reason is exactly why U.S. congress and senate have cured no ills and created no change .
