Do you feel that the current racial situation in America is becoming BETTER ........or WORSE? Your thoughts.
The racial situation has been here in America for a very long time. It goes both ways. I have children that are bi-racial and I have dealt with the hatred from both the blacks and the whites equally. Ignorant white people, ignorant black people, both groups taught to hate, or feel superior, or feel rejected by the color of ones skin. It is only a heart matter...not a cop matter...not a color matter. White families who would not allow my children to play with their children because they were part black. Black families who did not accept me because I was dating their black son and I was white. White men who wouldn't dare bring me and my kids home to their families. White cops who would see me and my children and pull me over and pull the same stuff that black people deal with. A white man actually walked up to me one day while I was holding my children's hands and pretended he had a gun and said "Bang" as he hit my head. Black women hating on me, pushing and threatening me at college because of my children being part black. Again...it is only a matter of the heart.
All I did is love someone who happened to be a different color than me. Love is not a color and my sons and I don't have these heart issues...others do. God is okay with me loving a person, he is not okay with hate. As long as our hearts are right with God, and the people we surround ourselves have hearts that are right with God, (or at least striving) color does not matter. The color problem is everywhere and it resides inside the 'individuals' hearts, not a nation. There are white cops that hate blacks in their hearts. There are black cops who hate whites in their hearts. There are black people who are taught to hate whites, there are white people who are taught to hate blacks. These type of haters are in every profession, not just police forces. Unfortunately they often are not weeded out until it is far too late. People get offended easy over their own race color because they have inferiority complexes. I said "black gnat" and I was told that I was a racist. I was just meaning a black gnat. Killing other people is terrible, whatever color they are means nothing. Whites killing whites, blacks killing blacks..blacks killing whites...whites killing blacks. Killing is wrong. Color is not the problem here. The matter of ones heart is. It is a heart that is not right before God.
People of America need to start searching their hearts and getting them right. The color of one's skin is not the problem here, the bad attitudes and hardened dark hearts are.
better, but the haters are always playing hard to catch-up. That's how they find meaning in their confused lives.
