Sudan teacher sentenced: Your views British teacher Gillian Gibbons has been sentenced to 15 days in jail and then deportation from Sudan for allowing her pupils to call a teddy bear Muhammad.

A daft and rather apt example of the worlds religions gone mad and overiding normal society with god fearing hoodies being superior to everyone else...you have to wonder if the same thing happened in another country or state where religion was the best thing since sliced bread, would that happen, some woman calling a teddy yogi would insult the high god of the yogi bear fan club..sentenced to death..no one messes with Yogi Bear and gets away with it!!!

At least she has been pardoned now, but a little late!

Now that the media has drawn attention to her, what will other religous people do now when she returns home?

Daftness of the world gone insane!!!

    I like yogi bear!!

It seems more to do with politics rather than religion. Remember the Sudanese chemicals factory bombing by the USA. It turned out to be a pharmaceutical factory.
They still held a grudge combined with the Darfur situation they took their revenge on the innocent teacher.
Even wrote about her, care to comment.
