    I don't see how all of the money can be recovered when nobody can say with any certainty where it all went in the first place. Apparently there are many billions of dollars which are simply unaccounted for. This is what he should be concerned about first.

    What he says sounds great as always, and very convincing as always. I do admire him. He really is a great actor.

      Well, the fact that they required 0 accountability on what the funds were being used for is ludicrous.   So, I can't see how they can expect to extrapolate that information from these companies now.
