EVERY TIME THE COST OF GAS COMES UP THE START OF THE ARGUMENTS GO BACK TO THE 70'S.THIS IS 20 YEARS TOO LATE.

IN THE 50'3 THE GOVERNMENT MADE THE DECISION TO REDUCE THE OIL PRODUCTION IN THE UNITED STATES BECAUSE THEY COULD GET THE OIL AT THE SAME PRICE FROM THE MIDDLE EAST AS IT WAS COSTING US TO DRILL FOR IT IN THE U.S.GAS WAS AT $0.29 A GALLON. GOVERNMENT DECIDED TO SAVE THE OIL IN OUR GROUND AND TO BUY IT FROM THE MIDDLE EAST AND WE WOULD USE OURS WHEN THEIRS BECAME MORE EXPENSIVE. THE PROBLEM AROSE WHEN THE E.P.A. WAS ESTABLISHED AND OVER THE YEARS THEY MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR OUR COUNTRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR OWN OIL BY IMPOSING REGULATIONS AGAINST IT. WE COULD INCREASE THE JOB SITUATION BY REMOVING THE ROADBLOCKS IMPOSED BY THE E.P.A. AND HIRING PEOPLE TO BUILD THE OIL PLATFORMS AND MANUFACTURING THE PUMPS AND PIPE AND WORK BOATS AND CLOTHING AND FOOD PRODUCTION FOR THE PEOPLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FORESIGHT OF THOSE BEFORE US WHO HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO NOT FORESEE THE RESULTS OF THE E.P.A.'S ROADBLOCKS TO PROGRESS AND THEIR REGRESSIVE VIEWS OF GOVERNMENT OWNERSHIP AND CONTROL OF THE PUBLIC SECTOR.GO AMERICAN ,BE AMERICAN AND GROW AMERICA.

THE SAME COULD BE SAID REGARDING THE EXPANSION OF NUCLEAR REACTORS FOR ELECTRICITY.BUT THE E.P.A. HAS PUT THE STOPS ON THAT.THEY WILL FIND A REASON TO IMPOSE THE SAME RESTRICTIONS ON WIND, SOLAR AND GEOTHERMAL ENERGY AS THE WANT ANOTHER 3RD WORLD COUNTRY CALLED THE REPUBLIC OF THE UNITED STATES.
