23 incumbents are choosing to not run for re-election this year, leaving 1/6th of the seats in the state legislature open for new lawmakers.
With 23 incumbents recognizing the need to step down do you think its possible to have a pure election without the smear campaigns?

Fill them with bags of rice. So many fail to show up to vote anyways and when they do they don't bother to read the megabills. But this is a reference to Wisconsin State Politicians I see.
