        A "person" doesn't kill someone and eat their lung.  Only animals.  Dispose of them in the most humane way possible.

    Wouldn't it be nice if it was a plague in prisons all around the world. There is the "law ' and then there is "Justice ", two totally separate realms of our legal world today. I once suggested modern day vigelanties to an old retired judge  and he told me I should write a book about it. This is as close as I've gotten....Oh well.
