Federal Gov't Illegal Immigration Logic - or Lack of...

"PHOENIX – On paper, Arizona's controversial new immigration law is not that different from the federal version.

But the key difference is this: Arizona wants every illegal immigrant caught and deported. The federal government says treating all 11 million of the nation's illegal immigrants as criminals would overwhelm the system.

In its lawsuit challenging the Arizona law, the Justice Department says its policy is to focus on dangerous immigrants: gang members, drug traffickers, threats to national security. Otherwise law-abiding immigrants without documentation would largely be left alone."

One again the media leaves out the word ILLEGAL.  If you are an ILLEGAL immigrant you can not by definition be "Law Abiding".

That makes about as much sense as only arresting car thieves who steal expensive cars!

Treating CRIMINALS as CRIMINALS would overwhelm the system?  What system?  Maybe the Feds should consider ending the ridiculous "War on Drugs"... which is only a war on people.  Half of the Prisons are populated by people in for non-violent drug offenses.

The "System" has time to arrest people for Marijuana possession and put them in prison, but no time to protect the borders?

    The lunacy continues...

"Arizona's new law  is nearly identical to federal immigration law. At issue is how it is enforced. The federal government says the state law is unconstitutional because it usurps federal authority to protect U.S. borders and American citizens. Arizona counters that the federal government is not doing its job, which forces state officials to step in."

Those bad bad legal citizens of the State of Arizona want to Enforce the existing law because the Federal Government won't get off their ASSES and do what they should have been doing all along.

And Obama and his pathetic partner in crime Holder are against enforcing the laws of the land!

What's next... lets say there is a big increase in RAPE... does the Federal Government tell the States not to Arrest Rapists because it would overwhelm the system?  Or do we only arrest the really dangerous rapists... you know the ones who leave em for dead?

Obama is a FRAUD!  He is fighting the people of Arizona for enforcing laws.  Since when does Team Obama get to pick and chose what laws to enforce? Obama is an American Traitor... that is if you believe he is actually American.

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
A person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he: assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any
US Constitution, Article II, Section 1

The Constitution is the foundation of our government. Each and every public official including President Barak Obama took an oath of office to defend the constitution and the laws of the land. Public officials in Washington continually remind us that '' We Are A Nation Of The Rule Of Law''.
President Barak Obama, Attorney General Holder and each and every member of Congress ARE GUILTY of aiding and abetting the law breaking illegal aliens who have entered our country without the proper papers. America wake up, it's time for our government to close the border, stop the catch and release program and enforce the laws with imprisonment according to the law.

PS There is an empty prison in Illinois for starters.
