It's quite amazing - the governments have ALREADY established a central bank in most of these countries in the short 2 or 3 months of fighting.
Sending aid to people who might just be al-qaida? Bombing the people we're meant to be trying to protect? What a fuster cluck this has become.
Best thing we could do is sit offshore and make sure the battle doesn't spread to the neighbors. If Europe wants to use force to secure their oil supply, okay, let 'em.

Oh, I've always agreed with that, Evan. In the absence of an attack by a foreign power, we have no reason to invade anywhere.
(Though we haven't technically invaded Libya, as such. Yet. If we do, well, I just hope we don't, that's all.)
