        True, and if you not prone to conspiracy theories it just seems wastefull. This would cost billions to set up and support. Is this where US tax dollars should be spent? I don't think so.

    Let me get this straight.

    They have to install chips into our cellphones and create a new infrastructure all because we started bombing a people who live far away almost a century ago?
