"Is justice really been served on Officer Mark MacPhail and his family or is it just a catastrophic failure of the justice system". Sept. 21 is the date when Troy Davis, a man who is allegedly being accused for killing a cop (Officer Mark MacPhail) has been sentenced to death by lethal injection. But there are still lingering doubt regarding on the innocence of Troy Davis, as what the recanted testimony of seven witnesses from his trial and the possible confession of another suspect, which his defense team claimed cast too much doubt on Davis' guilt to follow through with an execution. If this instances are true, that the execution of Troy Davis is a result of mistaken identity or perhaps a misleading evidence. Then they just killed an innocent man.
