According to Virginia Republican party, Newt Gingrich is not eligible to run in the Virginia primary election.

"Only a failed system excludes four out of the six major candidates seeking access to the ballot," Gingrich campaign director Michael Krull said.
Now our election system is a failure,OK.
What should we consider harder to do,Running a presidential campaign (following rules) or running a nation of 300 million people.

If four of the six republican candidates failed to get into the Virginia primary, what does that say about the republican candidates?

These things are depressing because Newt is the best hope for Obama and the Republicans.

Yep, I think it's pretty telling that Newt couldn't get 10,000 legitimate signatures.

I am so disappointed..  really:  Obama was a shoe-in if Newt ran.  No he might have to battle someone who actually makes sense more often than not.

    Thank god for Virginia.

Now he's comparing this delightful present from the heavens to Pearl Harbor... because he's an idiot.

If only Newt could have attracted some of Paul's most rabid followers...

      Rabid:

      1. Of or affected by rabies.
      2. Raging; uncontrollable.

      Yeah, that's fitting.

ZOMG Black people like Ron Paul, too!

It just so happens that people who like Freedom are of a wide variety.

      Bad argument, Mont.

You wouldn't blame the candidate for the fans' actions. Here is an example of foolish Obama supporters.

Paul sure seems to love their money though.  He doesn't exactly distance himself from these people does he.

Tip of the day: Enslavement by multi-national corporations does not equal freedom.

Let me know if I can help you with other concepts you are having difficulty with. smile

We have some freedom to choose WHICH multi-national corporation will own us, though.

And some of us have the freedom to not only not be owned, but to refuse to either buy from or sell to them..

You're right! You get to choose which company you get your services from.

            Thus they are in competition.

Thus they all want to give you what you want.

They don't give me what I want.
They sell stuff to make them money.
              Big difference.

Classic deflection! Was my statement to poignant for you?

All that I heard from your statement: You don't want to play by the same rules when it comes to any candidate but the one that the media wants you to think is wrong.

Obama, McCain, Barr,  Bush, etc.got money from ignorant fools just like every other politician and charity and company and government has. To blame someone for what people who like them do is to not understand property rights.

I suppose I should blame you for your parents action? After all, parents don't just love their children, they give birth to and RAISE their children!

          Dream on, Monty, dream on.

I find it sad that we live in an America where a person like Newt would even be considered. Let me ask anyone considering voting for him have you read his true history and record. If so how could you vote for a man like this. How indeed.
