Porsche AG, smallest of German automobile manufacturers recently announced a 2011 flat rate bonus for every employee. From dishwasher to engine designer, every employee working for Porsche longer than 1 year receives a 10000 Dollar (7600 Euro) bonus payment. http://www.foxbusiness.com/news/2012/02 … -for-2011/ Is it common in your company to receive non individual bonus or incentive payments?
Since I own the company any bonuses anyone receives from the company are based on merit and performance. That's a management decision and one that Porsche made. So be it. The amazing thing is that General Motors is paying the UAW workers a $7K bonus while still owing the American tax payer $23 billion. That's a management decision too but a bad one.
