  I'd be careful about using Pravda as a credible news source...they are currently tearing into the U.S. press for ignoring Joe Arpaio's allegations of Obama's birth certificate being fabricated. Evidently Pravda believe there is some merit to those allegations.

  What do hubbers think about Bill Maher's million dollar donation to Obama? Bill O'Reilly painted Maher (whom I love) as a misogynist. But he makes his money as a comedian, and sometimes you have to shock people into laughing. He has a dirty mouth. But he has always been respectful of any woman on his show, even the most conservative ones who spout the same idiotic nonsense as Palin. I am frankly scared of Santorum, and notice many prominent R's staying out of the picture, now that the Presidential race has become about a couple's personal sex life, and issues that are nobody's business. What about the economy? Whicy is improving, although slowly. I think Maher did a good thing, and Rush should get thrown of the air for calling Fluck a slut and a prostitiute.. There is a separation of church and state in this country, whether racist and moronic people choose to believe it or not. I have never in my life seen so many people willing to believe outright lies. And many women take the pill to regulate their periods, especially teens and women approaching perimenopause, so it is about womens' health, not sex.

  Bill Maher should use his money to run for some kind of political office. Regan was a Movie Star. There's no question Bill Maher would be a great public servant. Bill Maher and Keith Olberman are always the people to listen to when you want to know the truth about what's happening in Politics. Sarah Palin is just laughable now. She's just a bad joke.   Sarah Palin could have stepped into the race for President right now. She would have had a decent shot at it before she made her "statement" about Barack Obama. Is there anyone else out there who thinks it's even possible for Barack Obama to be a racist? She had the chance to ride in on her white horse and save the republican party from this primary embarrassment. Instead, she will have to be dragged back down into the hole she shares with her teabagger nut jobs.

  I used to like Dennis Miller, but he went nuts after 9/11, it scared him so badly he went ultra conservative. I always thought he was the intelligent kind of comedian, but don't get why he's on Fox with O'Reilly. I think CNN tried having a regular spot with Maher, but he doesn't want to do it. He's always prepared and makes good points. Miller just spouts the same garbage about how Obama's ruining the country. I'm glad Maher brings some sanity to politices with his guests on the show.

  I can't believe Santorum is so dumb (and cold) that he doesn't know many women take the pill for health reasons, nothing to do with sex. Which maybe he should stop having, since he thinks it's so EVIL. Plus when women have children at older ages, as they have been in the last 30 yrs. or so, there is a much higher probability they will be born with birth defects. I'm not sure what I would do in that case. I was born with scoliosis, and it was tough on my parents and for me. So I'm glad I'm here and doing well. But when women in their 40's get pregnant, it's risky for her and the child. An amazing amount of children are autistic and have other issues in our times. Plus if you have children older, you may not live to see them grow up. They may never know their Grandparents. A high percentage of abortions are women who accidently get pregnant when they are beginning to experience menopause. Old eggs and old sperm add up to babies with birth defects. So the R's should stop acting like it's all slutty women and teens of color who have these issues.
