I was born in Accra, Ghana and graduated from Oxford University in London. After a successful acting career in the UK I became a film and television executive in Hollywood and decided to make my home in California with my husband Jim, a novelist. In recent years, I have pursued a path of self-transformation that has led me to become a licensed spiritual practicioner through the Agape Church of Religious Science, a certified hypnotherapist through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute and a personal success coach. My passion is guiding others on pathways to self-fulfillment and wholeness by connecting their body, mind and spirit.
