The HubPages are new to me and I believe that readers will like them and have a fun with trying my tips for healthy life.
I like intelligent people with sense of humor and different knowledge that I can learn from and I like to share my knowledge collected during my life.I would not mine if anyone wants contact me with questions. Just, please, do not ask me about computer, its technology, any questions for doctor, I am not one; neither I am Airplane pilot, or politic, but I am a good cook with knowledge for use of herbs and nutrients. My hobby is to create new recipes, to help with improving relationship, make good food, drinks and tinctures from herbs, camping and canoeing. Besides my daily life work, I always help my daughter raising 3 kids.
I am born in Europe and settle in Canada in 1981. I like to travel and experience a new cuisines and different outdoor activities mostly in the wilderness.
