I am a member of Gen Y, so accordingly I try to do it all: marriage, kids, job, education . . . and I still try to stay sane, balanced, and most of all, happy. I'm a big believer in happiness or joy to improve quality of life.
I have 2 little girls ages 2 and 3 months and I also work full-time, so I guess you could say I'm crazy! I want to write this column to express the challenges and joys of being a working mother with aspirations for my life that involve both my family and fulfillment through work. Working moms have unique challenges and lifestyles and I'd like to connect with people and address some of those issues together.
