I study English Literature and German Culture at the University of South Florida, am an avid reader of the classics, current events, short stories and essays.  I support the independent media and social progress, and therefore admire Amy Goodman and Noam Chomsky, among others.  I am egalitarian, an idealist, and admittingly naive about the possibility of change (is it still considered naivety if I admit it?) - meaning I have high hopes we can save this sinking ship we call our world.
