Spiritual enlightenment, trivia, religion, politics and anything that gives me pause is likely to end up as a topic on my blog. I have more rants than raves concerning the state of our politicians, our citizenry, our religions and our country, so I vent by blogging.
Things I absolutely need in my life besides the obvious are a view from my window, preferably a body of water. I live modestly, but I do have a lake across the street which grounds me. I love birds, all of them, especially Cardinals.
I have one teen still at home and she is truly a wonderful daughter. She has such a good heart; she helped build houses for a week last summer in Mexico. She's a senior in high school. She works to help with the household finances. What a girl! My oldest daughter is married with a child seen in my photo, and she just became an RN. How proud am I!
