After 20 years of computer repair, I find myself working for a nation wide High Speed Internet / Cable company. Working under strict new laws from the Federal Trade Commission has steered my interests towards Internet Security, Identity Theft and E-mail scams in general.
Even though I am tech support, I also have to be careful about what and how much information I give out over the phone, other wise there are hefty fines. So I hope to shed some light on, and share what I have learned about digital security matters.
