Carolina Crete on HubPages

Carolina is from the UK but has spent the past 20 years living on the beautiful Greek island of Crete and married into a Cretan family.

I run an information website and forum to help those who are thinking of moving to Crete or Greece www.livingincrete.net and I've published a guide book "Living in Crete" available from Amazon.co.uk.

It's not all 'living the dream' and many would-be expats, property buyers or travellers may have unrealistic expectations. I like to tell it how it is .. it rains, it pours, it snows (so I have an ulterior motive - trying to put off the overpopulation of this lovely island!).

I also write a Crete Blog about the daily ups and downs, articles and news in Crete & Greece.
