Welcome!

My name is Charles Russell Stockdale. That's me, three months after  a major heart attack in 2008 at the age of 56. I wrote a hubpage about it which should  interest anyone wishing to avoid ever having a heart attack, or the drugs and/or surgery if you survive one.

It's called How To Reverse Cardiovascular Disease because it reveals a way to do that. I refused the medications I was prescribed (for life!) by the cardiologist who inserted a stent in me, so he has disowned me. I am on my own, as it were. Anyway, you can read all about it inside.

My main online activity is exploring ways to earn income. So most of my hubpages are concerned with that. I share what's working for me and what's not.

I also enjoy pottering around on the net, keeping up somewhat with the rapidly evolving changes online as the real world continues to, apparently, devolve around us.
