I grew up in the beautiful land of Transylvania. All those hills, and mountains, and fields, and rivers, and cities, and villages, and people are not just dear memories I think of from time to time, but they are part of me. I miss my grandparents village -Vadu Crisului- as well as the college years spent in Cluj, and, of course, my home town, Baia Mare. I also have pleasant memories from the years when I worked there as an English teacher, as a translator and assistant manager.

And then I fell in love with a man from a far away land and moved all across the globe to be with him. Now I am trying to build up my life in this new world. I am still learning how to get around here, but I am thankful I managed to make new friends, to learn new things, and also to get a job. I work part time for WellnessPartners, I teach Romanian, I like to take care of my home -to cook, to keep my house clean, I like to read, and my favorite time is the time I spend with my husband in the evenings and weekends. Then, I leave all work aside, all worries and chores, and enjoy every moment we spend together. :)
