I found you through a friend, and bask in your wisdom...Now if we can just get the rest of America to accept that wisdom is not ideology against their own interest, to understand that facts, being stubborn things, do not fit well under the label "opinion"--and that opinions (no matter how reasonable) should be held in less esteem, and that while argument is not healthy, a healthy debate is the best brain food...Ah, you and I and others of our cloth, whose ideas are dearer than ourselves...though we face the Mountains of Madness, I say "Once more unto the Breech," until our fingers or our minds die.

Your stuff is well presented and thought provoking. I hope some of your predictions or warnings can be turned aside, but I'm not confident.

I enjoy your writing as well. It is funny how most people choose not to do the simple things to save energy or resources. It was almost considered cool to be wasteful the lat 8 years. I hope that's changing.
