I've been working as an educator both in and out of the schools for around fifteen years. Most of my classroom experience has been in the middle schools of western North Carolina, but I have dabbled with those wonderous little ones in the elementary arena.
Early on I realized that classroom management was my forte, and I worked to help new teachers develop the systems and skills they would need in order to succeed as educators.
My mission is to help as many teachers as possible learn the skill set required to respectfully and painlessly manage their students and their classrooms.

Hey Darren,
I just got done reading some of your classroom management posts. When training other trainers, this was some of the hardest information to get them to understand. There's no greater feeling than connecting with a student. It's downright addicting. I look forward to reading more.
