Diabetic-4-Life on HubPages

I've been diagnoised with Diabetes for almost 16 years now. Unfortunately, I mostly ignored the doctor's instructions for controlling this disease thur the years and now am paying dearly for it with bad health.

My mission now is to alert those that may be pre-Diabetic or already have Diabetes about the dangers that await them if they too fail to follow medical advice.

There are ways to control this killer and still live a full life and that is what this Hub is about.
