Hi there. So, I’m a 40-something New Yorker with a passion for movement and bodywork, and any combination thereof. I love to dance and have done so in some form for as long as I can remember. I’m currently thoroughly enjoying the hoppin’ NYC Lindy and Blues community. I’m a certified reflexologist and a NYS LMT, as well as a GYROTONIC® instructor. I thought it might be interesting to try my hand at writing about these and other interests and see what unfolds.
