I'm a citizen of Spain,but I was born in another European country,an ex-communist one,one in which the mentality of depending on a "nanny state" is still very strong.My way of thinking is the opposite of this,so all my life I tried to be absolutely free and never depend on "higher"authorities.The US could have been a good homeland for me,here in Europe it's been far more difficult.Spain is a nice country,I urge everbody to visit it,though for me being of foreign origin has been quite a drawback.A teacher of English with a passion for writing(having published several newspaper articles) recently I started to write in English mainly about my most important issue:the protection of Nature and animals
