Within the next 50 years it is likely that we will be making huge strides in the field of increasing life expectancy. I don't think it's a stretch of the imagination to think we could be living vibrant and independent lives well into our 100s.

Since this technology is still years away, I've always been interested in ways to keep myself young enough to enjoy them when they are finally discovered.

This search has led me to a natural supplement called resveratrol. Many researchers believe that this compound is the beginning of the anti-aging revolution.
