For ten years I was a struggling photographer and realized I preferred looking at pictures to taking them. It became crystal clear that photography was not my calling.  

Towards the end of my attempts at a career in photography, I started remodeled my condominium which made me realize I wanted to work on it far more than doing any photography.  When it was completed, I started looking for my next project.  This led to a business where I remodeled/renovated seven homes that I then sold.  All were interesting and profitable until the last one.  It was the biggest and most energy efficient, but also the most elaborate and expensive.  The market was going south so it sat for a year.  When it sold, I stopped investing in real estate.

Now I still do real estate, but only as an agent and no longer as an owner, contractor and agent.  I still love houses and look forward to having another project one day.

In the mean time, my appreciation and interest in the internet is growing.  It is amazing what you can find and who you can meet.

I live in Boise, Idaho, with my spouse Tasche, a mechanical engineer, my son, Treser, a 6 year old human, and my dog, Fender, a 3 yellow labrador.  They keep me entertained.
