John Juneau on HubPages
I have split my working years between being a school teacher and a businessman, working mostly in sales. This has meant a great deal of interaction with students, parents, colleagues, and customers. I have pursued photography as a hobby and in teaching, and for the past 25 years I have worked with technology, both in the classroom and in business.
Currently my wife and I operate a promotional products consulting business. Promotional products are not just for businesses. Any organization or even families planning a reunion, wedding, annversary, or other gathering will find that we can provide great ideas and products to enhance their event.
My interests, and likely topics for hubs, include success in business (and life), education, parenting (and grandparenting), Christianity, and photography.
Also, having experienced the death of my first wife when my children were young, and having married a widow with her own young children, I may include an article or two about dealing with death in the life of a child. My wife's book describing the last six months of her first husband's life has just been republished. It is available through Amazon.com or can be ordered by any book seller. It is written from the perspective of a nine-year-old. The title is Sad But OK, My Daddy Died Today.

Finally, I may try to stir things up just a little with some political/social issues commentary. I am, by nature, fairly reserved, but I do have some firm opinions on our nation's heritage and issues of the day.
I look forward to sharing and learning.

Hi John,
Here is the list of "Topics I Would Like To See Written About". Thank you for your interest.
Also, I am in school to be a teacher. (Early Childhood Education) I read in your profile that you may write an article or two about "death in the life of a child". I would be very interested to read those. Could you send them my way when they are finished? I will keep my eye out for them. Thank you and have a good night. http://www.writinghood.com/Online-Writing/50-Topic

Hi John, I'm new, too. I'm also a teacher (English, high school). Lately, I've been helping my mother get published, but soon I hope to turn back to my own writing. Good luck with hubpages! Mary

John - excellent well-thought-out hubs. You're far more sober and calm than I could ever be. That's a inspiration to me in case you were wondering. Keep at it, you help me stay calm in the face of all this manufactured insanity.
